1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Services

• ReLit: AI-powered weekly research newsletter personalized to your specialty (subscription-based)
• ReSurge: Research facilitation platform and services — study coordination, biostatistical support, medical writing/editing assistance, project portal, and literature tools
• Jivana: Corporate / product site for Verisome's healthtech brands

Services are for research and informational use. They are not a medical device, not a substitute for clinical judgment, and do not provide diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must provide accurate registration and billing information
• You must have authority to enter binding contracts

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

5. ReLit Subscriptions

• ReLit is billed monthly at the stated price (currently ₹500/month unless otherwise offered)
• You may cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

6. ReSurge Engagements

Paid ReSurge project work begins after clearance of the initiation milestone stated in your quotation (typically 30% of the total). Client Data, findings, and manuscripts remain yours. Verisome and ReSurge are not listed as authors unless separately agreed in writing. Platform software, templates, and methods remain Verisome IP.

7. AI Outputs & Disclaimers

AI-assisted features (including literature search and drafting aids) may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must independently verify critical outputs. Services and outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee journal acceptance, impact factor, or fixed research timelines.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload our systems
• Submit content you do not have rights to share
• Use AI features to fabricate scientific results or misrepresent authorship

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verisome shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including peer-review outcomes, journal rejections, or decisions made in reliance on Platform Outputs. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to fees you paid to Verisome for the Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
