At JIVANA AI, we strive to provide high-quality healthcare AI solutions and services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and adjustments for our paid products and services.

By purchasing or subscribing to any JIVANA AI product or service, you agree to be bound by this policy.

2. ReLit Newsletter Subscription

Pricing

₹500per month

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

2.1 Subscription Terms

  • ReLit Newsletter is a monthly subscription service priced at ₹500/month
  • Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • You will receive personalized AI-powered research newsletters based on your selected interests
  • Delivery schedule depends on the number of interests selected (up to 3 newsletters per week)

2.2 Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • To cancel, email support@jivana.org.in or use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to receive newsletters until the end of your paid period

2.3 Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription and have not received any newsletters, you are eligible for a full refund
  • Pro-rata Refund: If you cancel after receiving newsletters, a pro-rata refund may be issued at our discretion based on the number of newsletters delivered
  • No Refund: Refunds are not available if more than 14 days have passed since the billing date or if you have received 50% or more of the newsletters for that billing cycle

3. Other Products and Services

3.1 ThalSaarthi, CuraScript, AI Caller

For our enterprise healthcare solutions (ThalSaarthi, CuraScript, AI Caller), refund and cancellation terms are governed by individual service agreements or contracts. Please refer to your specific agreement or contact us for details.

3.2 Custom AI Solutions

Custom development projects have separate terms outlined in the project agreement. Generally:

  • Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once the milestone is delivered and accepted
  • Cancellation before project commencement may be eligible for a partial refund minus administrative costs
  • Work-in-progress cancellations are settled based on work completed

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@jivana.org.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address, order/subscription ID, and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Requests made after 30 days from the original purchase date

7. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevented service delivery
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service not matching the advertised description
  • Extenuating circumstances considered on a case-by-case basis

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
