Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for paid Verisome products: ReLit Newsletter subscriptions and ReSurge research engagements. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. ReLit Newsletter Subscription

2.1 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime via the unsubscribe link or by emailing support@jivana.org.in
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You continue to receive digests until the paid period ends

2.2 Refunds

• Full refund: Cancel within 7 days of first subscription and before receiving any newsletter
• Discretionary pro-rata: After delivery of newsletters, may be considered case-by-case
• No refund: More than 14 days since billing, or 50%+ of that cycle's digests already delivered

3. ReSurge Research Services

ReSurge project work is quotation-based. The initiation milestone (typically 30% of total quotation) is generally non-refundable once scoping and expert allocation begin, except where Verisome fails to meet agreed initial feasibility milestones stated in your quotation.

• Milestone payments are non-refundable once the milestone is delivered and accepted
• Cancellation before commencement may allow a partial refund minus administrative costs
• Work-in-progress cancellations are settled based on work completed

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@jivana.org.in with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include order/subscription ID, payment reference, and reason
3. We respond within 5–7 business days; approved refunds return via original payment method
