Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of jivana.org.in, operated by Verisome Healthtech Private Limited ("Verisome", "we"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
The site describes Jivana AI, a service that reads reports and raw files a person already has, across several layers of molecular and clinical data, and prepares one integrated, literature-referenced report. The site is for information. It does not provide the service itself.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The sample report, the patient details in it and the findings shown in the animations are illustrative. They do not describe a real person. Please read the medical disclaimer.
3. Services to customers
Reports are provided to laboratories, hospitals and clinicians under separate written agreements. Those agreements, not these terms, govern the service, including fees, data protection and liability. Where they conflict with these terms, the agreement prevails.
4. Requests and communications
When you submit the request form you confirm that the details are yours and accurate, and you agree that we may contact you about your request. Submitting the form does not create a contract to supply a report or any service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. In particular you will not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false or automated requests, scrape it at scale, or use it to break any law.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, animations, software, the Jivana name and the burst mark belong to Verisome or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. The scientific papers cited on the site belong to their publishers and authors and are cited for reference.
7. Third-party resources
The site loads fonts and script libraries from third parties and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided as it is and as available. We try to keep it accurate and current but make no warranty that it is complete, error free or uninterrupted. Descriptions of products in development, including the Genomics Suite, are not commitments to deliver them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Verisome is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Verisome against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it took effect at the top.
