2. The sample report is illustrative
The sample report, the person named in it, the risk figures, the findings shown in the animations and the pharmacogenomic example are illustrations. They do not describe a real patient and must not be used to interpret your own results.
3. What Jivana does and does not do
Jivana does not run laboratory tests, and it does not diagnose or treat. It reads reports and raw files that already exist and prepares one integrated report, referenced to published literature. Every report is reviewed and signed by a clinician before it reaches a patient. Clinical decisions remain with the treating clinician.
4. No doctor and patient relationship
Using this site, submitting the request form or exchanging email with us does not create a doctor and patient relationship with Verisome or with any clinician who works with us.
5. Evidence changes
Medical knowledge moves. The papers cited on this site were current when it was written. Newer evidence may change how a finding should be read.
